About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Organics Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations, support management, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams

  • Maintain inventory and monitor office supplies

  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination

  • Support HR functions like attendance and staff coordination

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments


🎓 Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration (pharma industry advantage)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
